For awhile now, I have been wanting to buy a turkey at the store, roast it, and put the cooked meat in the freezer to use later. I finally bought a 20 lb. turkey last week and guess what we are having tonight? turkey!! I am also making mashed potatoes, so it seems like Thanksgiving Day tonight!
I just need some stuffing, cranberry sauce, and some pumpkin pie!
