If you know me and how I teach my children, then you know I can't let anything great go by without turning it into a lesson at our house!
So of course, the Olympics start tomorrow night and of course, I am going to turn it into a lesson.
We are going to learn about the Olympic flag and the Olympics flame and torch relay tomorrow. I'm not sure when, but that is my goal. :)
As I was researching tonight, I found a map of the Olympic torch relay. Did you know it went into space? And to the North Pole? Wow! It is the longest relay in the history of the Olympics.
