For Future Reference...


We don't cook with wheat flour much because Christian, Courtney and I are gluten-free. I found this chart on somebody else's facebook page and thought it would look very useful!

Lately, I have been grinding up oatmeal into oatmeal flour and using that, but this mix of different flours and starches works too.

  1. I have a whole pint jar of Xantham Gum I got when Ryan was low-carbing. I will never use as much as I have if you would like some of it to try out!
