Megan is usually so serious and doesn't make me laugh like Courtney does, but today, she did.
We were talking about Palm Sunday during school today and were talking how the people were waving palm branches. We learned from a separate book that the people waved branches from date trees, not coconut trees.
I asked her if she knew what dates or date trees looked like and she said no, so we looked them up on the Internet. I then asked her if she knew what coconuts or coconuts trees looked like and she said, "Of course mom, there are coconuts on Fruit Ninja!" You're right Megan, there are! Thanks X-box and Kinec for teaching my girl about coconuts!
