Courtney has a field trip today with her preschool class. They are going to Wenninghof Farm and she is so excited. She has been talking about "going to the farm" for over a week now.
Yesterday, I thought she was going to miss her field trip today. She had a nasty cough, so I took her into the doctor and she thinks it is croup, so she put her on steroids to take the swelling down.
I think she's good to go this morning! Better get going!
Wenninghoff Farm - We used to live out there in the Somerset Neighborhood. That's right by Northwest High School. We used to get farm fresh vegetables and sweet corn all the time. We took the kiddos their during the fall harvest season too. We think Wenninghoff's is Fabulous! Another great place to take the kiddos is Pooley's Pumpkin Patch. I'd like to take the girls to the Apple Orchards. We have never been there before.
